Anger Driving
Every day we hear stories in the media about how negatively we are effected by anger. We are top heavy with too much to do, too many commitments and not enough time. Hurry! Hurry! Hurry! We can’t get there fast enough. We have bought into the idea that we are able to multitask 3 or more actions at once.
The misery can reach dangerous proportions when we take it on the road! It would be ideal if we could stay zen all the time but since that’s impossible, we can at least create some kind of cleansing routine before getting behind the wheel. Deep breaths, calm music – whatever moves us to our happy place…before the ignition is started.
Anger is one act you don’t want to take on the road.
